Boss Lady Effect Summit & Awards 1st Annual event is a platform to Intentionally Connect, Lead, Learn, Encourage & Celebrate our global Tribe of Boss ladies & Boss Girls with an unapologetic focus on our Black and Brown communities. We seek to honor individuals who have made significant contributions and accomplishments
in their respective careers and journeys.

SELECTION PROCESS + CRITERIA
The general public is invited to vote for shortlisted names of candidates who will have been gathered by the awards committee.
The shortlisted candidates will be researched and would have proven to have excelled in any of the award categories below. There are many categories a few will be showcased in this inaugural year but will expand to the categories below.
