About the Event 

Boss Lady Effect Summit & Awards 1st Annual event is a platform to connect, lead, learn, encourage and celebrate our global tribe of Boss Ladies & Boss Girls with an unapologetic focus on our Black and Brown communities. We seek to honor individuals who have made significant contributions and accomplishments in their respective careers and industries.
